Refund requests will be carefully considered by our customer service team. The maximum liability in cases of damage and/or defective products will be the amount paid by you for the same. Once a return request has been placed with customer service at hello@nack.life , it usually takes about 72 hrs to have the product picked from your place and another 4 days to initiate refund subject to product inspection. In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier.
